The forecast was correct. The weatherman told us yesterday that we would have rain all day tomorrow. I assured Don and Doreen that it had never happened since we lived here so the forecast was undoubtedly wrong. But I was wrong. All day today it rained. I am told it rained all night too. It was actually kind of nice. We sat on the balcony and listened to the rain. Don read all day while sitting on the balcony.
Way out at sea, the sun finally broke through. All around us it was still raining. We saw a beautiful sunset plus a double full rainbow on the back side of the building. It was beautiful. Did you know that when you see a double rainbow, the order of the colors are reversed? The inner rainbow was the brightest rainbow I have seen. It was an amazing sight and worth all the rain.
We ate sunset food sitting on the balcony still listening to the rain watching the afterglow from the sunset. Very nice sight indeed.
