March 2nd, 2011. Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. Moving Again.

Many people hate change, but both Ken and I just love it.  We like nothing better than overseeing a large building project where everything will change, always for the better in our minds.  Other folks have told us of their huge troubles with their projects but when we pick apart the issues, we find that it was just a normal part of the  process.

The same is true for us when moving from one place to another.  Today I am as happy as a lark, packing away our belongings into the lockers and getting our duds ready for travel.  Then we anticipate with glee the task ahead of us at the farm,  which is to open all the boxes and organize what will be taken to Mississippi and Texas.  In addition, all our clothes have been stuck in any old closet, so they must be organized and put in proper places.  The only problem is that first we must decide where to put them.  So we will be living in a big mess at the farm, but only temporarily.

Thank heavens for friends too.  We leave Mexico tomorrow, fly home to Maryland and drive straight to the farm.  Now here is the best part.  Friday,  five friends are driving up to the farm to help open boxes!!   First we will have a bigger mess, then gradually, the mess will be put away, either in boxes to head to Mississippi and Texas or stashed in the farm house for later.  We can do this and will enjoy the process.  I hate ruts!!
