No chocolates for us this Valentine's Day. We are all trying to get rid of our excess belly fat. Instead, we four walked over to the Mall for breakfast. There we saw a new table of goodies for sale, all Valentine gifts. We saw bags of cookies and boxes of chocolates, all wrapped in red and white. No one batted an eye at the goodies. We passed right by on the way to the Mexican restaurant on the second floor. By then it was ten o'clock and we were hungry.
The breakfasts served at that restaurant are excellent. Typically we order from the Mexican food section. Even the omelet Ken ate was different from others, One thing for sure we know. When Don and Doreen go out for breakfast tomorrow in Toronto, they will definitely not order the same food as they ate today. But this morning, our Valentine's Day breakfast hit the spot. It was a great way to celebrate.
