It seems like yesterday that Gillian arrived. Tonight we were celebrating the last supper. It started by drinking two for ones at the restaurant by the beach, always a dangerous thing to do. Three different groups of sky divers landed right in front of us so we had an entertaining hour. It is so exciting to watch them fly from the sky and whiz right past us to land on the beach right beside us.
To continue our celebration of the last night, we three walked to the small outside Mexican restaurant down the street. Gill likes the ambiance of the place and so do we. We dined like kings and the bill came to $40. Of course, we drank only water. We drank our fill on the beach watching the sky divers. Flan and ice cream for dessert made us all happy.
The owner and her husband were busy working at a computer right adjacent to our table. We three hope they stay solvent for another year. Every year the place has gotten better but they have more staff now, yet the prices remain low, so we worry about their over head. But tonight we enjoyed our dinner and Gill hopes we can eat her last supper there again next year. She likes it.
