We have eaten our last supper and it was a good one. Our setting was perfect, outdoors overlooking the sunset on the decking at a restaurant at Paradise Village. The food was excellent. The food is better than I remember. Evidently they have a new executive chef and he has added zing to the menus. One of the pleasures of life here in Mexico is eating outside each evening. We will miss it but we are moving on.
Don and Doreen look forward to make major changes with their living arrangement. They intend to sell their home and buy a condominium. It will be fun for them but a lot of work. Ken and I return to Mississippi and our new home. We still have several tasks not yet completed. And we must deal with our Ford Escape. Kate has been driving it but she rear ended a truck so Ken and I must make a decision as to whether or not we should just send it to the scrap heap and take the insurance money. We must figure it out. Poor Kate is upset but I suspect she will be more upset if we decide to scrap the car.
We all four leave Mexico tomorrow. Our time in Mexico has been lovely but now it is time to move along. We are ready for the next stage.
