February 11, 2020. Playa Royale, Mexico. Fajita Dinner.

I was sitting on the balcony. The sun had just set and I was enjoying the after glow in the sky. Bowls started appearing on the table. First bowl was guacamole. Next was a plate with hot tortillas wrapped with a tea cloth. Then a big bowl of sautéed onions and peppers. And finally was chicken strips. Then I knew that we were going to eat fajittas for dinner. Already on the table were small bowls of cheese, salsa and sour cream. We sit on the balcony to eat dinner. Our new furniture is much more conducive to dining that the old one. For the first two nights, Wendy, Ken and I ate at the dining table but on the third evening we decided to dine on the balcony. We have been outside ever since. We watch as the boats more across the black water. And we enjoy the warm evening air. Our fajita dinner was delicious, thanks to our cooks, Rita and Gaby. Eating Mexican food seems just fine here in Nuevo Vallarta. I ate two fajitas and enjoyed them both. Pretty nice.
