Our dinners are spectacular. Kenny and Anne take turns with Ken and Wendy preparing the meals. During breakfast, they discuss the meals for the text two days and Ken takes meat from the freezer. And they volunteer to cook the meal. We have decided that with four people coming up with ideas, we have ended up with interesting, delicious dinners. Our system is working very well and we are all happy with our dinners. For example: This evening Kenny prepared spaghetti Carbonara which was splendid. Anne made the salad. Our dinner was top drawer. Tuesday for dinner we ate steak, cooked by Ken on the barbecue. Along with the steak we ate sauteed mushrooms and grilled zucchini and fresh bagette. In Mexico we tend to avoid the local beef but at the Mega store on Tuesday, Ken thought that the steaks looked good so he bought them. And he was right. The steaks were delicious. All five of us are delighted with our dinners. The people who cook the dinner do not clean up so everyone ges a break. Of course, they keep me out of the kitchen which is wise on their part. I just stand by and cheer...and enjoy our wonderful dinners.
