May 31, 2016. Madison, Mississippi. The Dermatologist.

Today we got lucky.  For the first time in many visits to Ken's Dermatologist's office, the waiting room was empty.  We were stunned, and pleased.  Normally we wait a long time.   Ken went to the rest room and immediately was called in for his surgery.  Every time he visits, there are more procedures.  Today was surgery to remove two areas with some type of cancer.   Although there are not huge areas to be removed,  it always makes you feel miserable, in addition to the time that must be taken to heal the wounds.

When we drove into the parking lot, a man was washing a car.   I asked if he had a business washing cars while people were at work and he said that was exactly what he does.  His business is to keep your car clean with no hassle to the owner.   He has a bunch of customers with contracts with him where he washes their car every week while they are at work.  He comes to them.   I immediately asked if he could wash our truck immediately after finishing his present job.  I was assuming a long wait.  He was happy to oblige.  As soon as he was finished, he said he would come and get me in the waiting room.  As our truck has never been washed, I thought that we had hit the jackpot.

Unfortunately, we came out of the office just as he was finishing.   But he gave me his phone number and said he would be happy to come to Roses Bluff to clean the truck.  He has three customers already in the Roses Bluff subdivision, said he.  It is amazing what people find to make a living.  We came close to driving to Texas with a clean truck!!
