Ken calls it muck. He prepares dinner using the left over meals from the week so he always makes Muck at the weekend. Last evening we ate Muck for dinner. It was delicious. This is the second time Ken has made us Muck for our dinner. Each time it was different. But both were good. Last evening he started with ground beef and onions. Then he added the left overs from the fridge.
In addition to the browned meat and onions, Ken added slivered fresh ginger, black beans, cut up squash and celery and more left over vegetables. I ate a big bowl and enjoyed it thoroughly. I am trying to get Ken to make up a different fancy name but so far he insists on calling it Muck. Whatever it is called, I like it.
