July 15, 2016. Western Head, Nova Scotia. The Hot Tub.

The girls aged 7and 8 always get in the hot tub after a trip to the beach.   They have had a wonderful time visiting the different beaches in the area, swimming and collecting shells.   This afternoon, our group go 9 went to what we call The Sand Dollar Beach because they always find sand dollars at that location.  The white sand beach is located in Southwest Port Mouton.  Access to the beach is difficult so mostly you have the half mile beach to yourself.   Actually, the place has no official name but no name or not, the place is beautiful.

The afternoon was sunny and warm and the children young and old spent lots of time in the chilly water.  By the time they all returned, the teenagers headed to the showers while the little girls jumped into the hot tub.  They loved it.  By now it is a ritual.  First the beach and swimming, then the hot tub.    Now Ken and I are delighted we decided to get another hot tub in Nova Scotia.  Last summer when we had the old hot tub removed we almost covered the area with decking.  Ken over ruled me and we installed a new smaller unit.  Now we are pleased with our decision.  And sooner or later we will get in ourselves.
