June 4, 2022. Little Current, On. Isolation.

Yesterday, David and I were officially  out of isolation.  We left the ship in fine style and enjoyed a wonderful day in Parry Sound.  The town had never looked so good.  And we ate dinner in the dining room.  No one had taken our favorite table, right at the back corner so we were pleased.  The waiters and other people in charge came to greet us royally back to our accustomed place at the table.  So we had a festive meal, and we celebrated.

Today we are at Little Current, a little town at the end of Manitoulin Island.  We are at anchor.  Three excursions buses left first thing this morning but we were not on it.  We actually over slept and missed breakfast in the dining room, so we ordered our room service breakfast again.  But this morning we were served on proper plates and cutlery.  During isolation our meals were served on paper plated and plastic cutlery.

David will probably take the tender into the little town but I will stay on the ship and get my walking  on deck 6,  which is a splendid deck for walking because you can see in all directions.  In addition, we will enjoy our freedom just walking around the ship and will certainly take  lunch and dinner in the lovely dining room.  Our isolation is officially over.
