Sitting beside the beach in Bucerias and eating wonderful seafood makes you think you are a King. Or a Queen. We 6 took a cab to have a late lunch. Ken had selected a restaurant but when we told the taxi driver he recommended a different place. In the past, Ken and I have just asked the driver to take us to a good restaurant. We have always been pleased with the results so today we all agreed to his choice. We were glad he did. The seafood was delicious. And the ambiance delightful.
When it was time to go home, the young folks decided to poke around the shops in Bucerias, then walk home along the beach. It is a long walk but eventually they arrived home just after 7:15. We were happy to see them home as dark had descended.
Today was our first excursion since our arrival. It was well worth the hassle.
