January 5, 2017. Madison, Mississippi.

Ken and I have completed our visits to doctors for this time in Mississippi.   Every week seemed to be taken up with appointments.  And of course, Ken does double duty because I can not drive.  Today our Cardiologist thinks we are doing fine, which we already knew.  We will see him in a year when we must have ultra sounds and heart scans.  But for now we are good to go.

My eye doctor tells me that I must find an Opthamologist in Puerto Vallarta.  He hopes the doctor is a specialist in glaucoma.  My pressures must be taken in three weeks, so I have three weeks to find one.  Two years ago we went to PV knowing that I needed an Oncologist who could give me the infusion of chemotherapy.   The second day after we arrived we walked to the hospital across the street.  We spoke to a clerk, who called a doctor still in his scrubs.  When I told him what I needed, he called the Oncologist on her cell phone, who agreed to treat me.  My appointment for the treatment was to be in three weeks, so I was all set.  Everything worked out well.

I am better off this year than two years ago so I feel sure I will be able to find a good doctor specializing in eyes.  Ken will look on the Internet and we will walk across the street and ask them too.  Last time I just got lucky, meeting the young doctor willing to help.   My task is to find a doctor within three weeks.   We can do this.
