Last evening, we seven dined outdoor at the Italian seafood restaurant, overlooking the marina. The weather was perfect for dining outside. And we were delighted to finally be together. Ken and I have never spent any time with Alana and Katy so we are delighted to be able to get to know them. Ken B. was with us last year at the Hood Rock Cafe but Brock has joined us this year. Some time soon, Katy and Brock will be married. It is official.
Our day went according to plan. The taxi appeared an hour early, which pleased us. And he helped us down the still slick driveway. The flights were on time. The restaurant in Dallas for breakfast was excellent and we were fed on the plane to Puerto Vallarta. After checking in, we rested.
But dinner was perfect. Wendy and family are resilient and are cheerfully ensconced in the Penthouse. They spent the afternoon by the pool and at the beach. And they figured out the system for the Palapas. We will enjoy our week with Wendy's family in this perfect weather.
