There is nothing better than spending time with your family. Ken and I have been keeping ourselves isolated at the ranch, staying away from people and trying to avoid an infection. Our system haws worked but today we came to the lake to spend the Memorial Day weekend at the lake with the family. We are having a good time. And it is not only psychological. Being with family has many practical advantages. I have not needed the walker since they arrived because someone is always close by to provide me a strong arm. And the girls bring me water and they help me up and down the stairs. David and the twins arrived first so helped unload our truck. And they brought dinner too, picked up at a good Italian restaurant in Startsville. We have not only company but food. Always a good combination. Right now, Ken, David and Allison are watching hockey in the office. Suzanne and Samantha are playing a game at the dining room table. Abigail is watching a movie on a computer while Sarah is having a nap on the couch. Nothing fancy. Just very pleasant. Our weekend at the lake is starting out to be a delight.
