This was one of those days when everything goes as planned. No trauma. Just like clock work. Everyone did their job. We left on time and arrived on time for both flights. Quite amazing. And Mr. Gaskell was waiting for us at the Halifax airport. We arrived home at just before 6:00 Halifax time.
But both Chris and I are weary. Chris picked me up at 4:00 this morning for our 6:00 flight to National airport. We had a two hour layover so ate a tasty breakfast before boarding our flight to Halifax. American has never taken that flight before And it only flys on Saturdays. But it was a great flight. Everything went according to plan. No lost bags or walker either. So we are pleased to be here. Chris was a big help both during the flights and also since our arrival. He is staying in the Guest House. After a good nights sleep, tomorrow we will explore. Then on Monday, Anna will be here to help me.
But the most important thing to say tonight is that we made it to Nova Scotia safe and sound. All is well here at Western Head.
